Breathwork is an active meditation that is a powerful tool to clear stuck emotional energy. This session is ideal for anyone looking to give more permission to feeling and releasing repressed emotions. This session has a consultation, subconscious reprogramming, active breathwork, and concludes with reiki to ground the energy. This session is 75 minutes and includes "homework" after to integrate the work into daily life.

Subconscious Reprogramming & Active Breathwork
Reiki is a really subtle and beautiful healing modality using light touch. Reiki teaches us the art of receiving. This type of energy work uses life force energy to promote relaxation, release stress, and clear the subtle energy channels.

Reiki
This is a 90 minute session where we excavate and clearing of false imprints and conditioning that were picked up around what it means to be a woman. It will include identifying and then reprogramming of subconscious beliefs, somatic and embodiment practices, and tools for deeper processing depending on where the energy is blocked currently. This is designed to be an initiation session into stepping into and claiming your full power as your cosmic birthright. "Homework"will be given to integrate the work into daily life.
