Women’s Leadership Coven

Women's Leadership Coven is a monthly membership for individual and collective evolution amongst like-hearted women.
It is built upon the principles of cultivating personal sovereignty and taking complete ownership of Self while empowering other women to do the same. Coven is limited to 12 members who are eager to show up, do the work, and take a leadership role in their own lives.

The Flow of the Program:
In person:
Each month we will move through a specific theme or topic of discussion. We will have two in person 2 hour workshops that will include teachings around the theme, self inquiry, group discussion, and somatic/embodiment practices.
Online portal:
Each week there will be a guided meditation/practice and journal prompts through the online portal provided by Bree to help integrate what we are working on in between sessions. There will also be group support through an online community hub where participants share what they are working through, ask/receive support, and offer resources to the group.

Through normalizing the sharing of our lived experience, what we’re releasing, and what we’re stepping into in safe space - we are able to expand beyond the work we could do just on our own.
The Leadership Coven is designed to be a circle where we learn from and support each other in the cycles of becoming who and all that we are. We practice voicing truth, deep listening, and the sacred art of connection amongst fellow-spirited women who are eager to grow and evolve.

From your Head Witch Bree -
A new paradigm for women is coming forward where we can claim who and all that we are. My journey of stepping into my power has led me to being a leader in my own life and in the communities that I am a part of. I created this coven as a safe space to expand and amplify new dynamics that are different from the collective narrative. I wish I would have had a community of support (and not felt alienated/alone) in my own journey of stepping into deeper embodiment. As I’ve spent years breaking down outdated conditioning, programming, and structures within my own being that have kept me small and out of my sovereignty, the work will be centered around shedding what is false, claiming what is true, and doing so alongside other witches. I am excited to be the head witch of a coven that’s breaking down the old and building the new based on truth, love, support, and authenticity. My journey has shown me that leadership means boldly holding the frequency of who and all that you are. A witch is a sovereign being. A coven of witches is unstoppable.

If you cannot attend the meetings, the two mini 15 min workshops will be posted in the online portal so you can still get the teachings and stay in the flow of the group. Participants are required to attend at least one of the in person monthly meetings so we can keep the integrity of the coven intact.
Weekly meditations and journal prompts will be posted in the online portal every Monday morning by 9am pst.
3 month minimum commitment required for the Main Coven. The women’s leadership coven is a collective that is built upon consistency, commitment to evolution, depth, safety, and intimacy. All of these things are built over time. In order to feel safe to get to the deeper layers, where change can actually happen, familiarity and shared vulnerability is necessary. While this takes time to build, I have seen that profound work and transformation can be done in community.The in-person collective is limited to 12 to provide a container for deeper listening, sharing experience, and relearning conscious dialogue with Self and each other. After 3 month commitment period, cancellation for in- person membership made be made by emailing bree@claritycalm.com two weeks prior to next billing cycle
